1 General Provisions & Consent

These terms and conditions apply to the hhbd3 platform and all services under it. By browsing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

hhbd3 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you are also agreeing to the updated terms. We therefore encourage you to review this page regularly.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any dispute arises, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use hhbd3's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for users aged 21 and above.
• You must register with accurate and truthful information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

hhbd3 may request identification or required documents at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at hhbd3, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other required information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and any stored balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Login Credential Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify hhbd3 support immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

hhbd3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Breach of terms or suspicion of fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system
• Providing false identity or forged documents

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

hhbd3 currently accepts transactions through three popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these three are not currently supported.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal time: within 5–30 minutes

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account identity verification is complete. hhbd3 reserves the right to verify withdrawal amounts when necessary. In cases of fraud or unusual activity, withdrawals may be held or investigated.

4.4 Fund Security

hhbd3 uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to keep players' funds protected. Money held in your account is maintained with the highest level of security.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at hhbd3, a 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000. Similarly, depositing ৳10,000 gives a bonus of ৳8,000 (maximum limit) — total balance will be ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been completed.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household or device to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• hhbd3 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of abuse is found.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period and conditions — these will be communicated in due course.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

By playing regularly at hhbd3, you can participate in our VIP program. The program has four levels, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher levels through regular and active play. hhbd3's decision on VIP benefits and cashback determination is final.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

hhbd3 is committed to operating a fair play platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or system manipulation
• Playing using automated bots or software
• Collusion or unfair coordination with other players
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gambling & Protection

Even if any clause of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in force.
